| Express Entry Draw On October 2nd, the Federal Government invited 4,200 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score cut-off threshold was 472 for the October 2nd draw. Draws typically take place every two to three weeks.
