| Express Entry Draw On January 21st, the Federal Government invited 4,626 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score cut-off threshold was 454 for the January 21st draw. Draws typically take place every two to three weeks and this draw was for the Canadian Experience Class Program.
